Old Hilliardfest will feature a smaller, lower tech, stage, which will be located within the Kid's Fair area of the festival. Entertainment in this venue will be a variety of entertainment targeted specifically towards elementary children and will provide entertainment to accompany the other awesome children's activities we have in this area of the festival.
