Old Hilliardfest Partners and Sponsors

Old Hilliardfest Art & Street Fair Old Hilliardfest is hosted by the Hilliard Civic Association, a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. HCA obtained 501(c)3 status in March of 2018.

The annual Old Hilliardfest Art & Street Fair in September would not be possible without the generous support of local organizations and businesses through both in-kind and financial contributions. Because we're a non-profit, our event can only become a reality through partnerships and sponsorship by generous community members and groups.

Our partners provide in-kind assistance to Old Hilliardfest, while our sponsors provide financial backing of the festival. We have a wide range of partners and sponsors, including individual community members who contribute small cash donations, local small businesses who make small financial or in-kind donations, to several larger corporate partnerships. All of these individuals and businesses are appreciated alike, without them all we would not be able to host this festival each year.

In addition to our partnerships and sponsorships, in 2013 we started offering paid advertising in our festival program. Which is an inexpensive way for local businesses and organizations to participate in sponsoring the festival and also receive some basic return on investment.

We're very excited about the partnerships and sponsorships we receive and try to provide reciprocal benefits to those individuals and groups.
