An Old Hilliardfester for life, Ed serves as the President of the Hilliard Civic Association. If you ask him, he'd say he does Old Hilliardfest because it's good for his super ego. But really, it's because he enjoys working with community organizations to provide quality events and activities for the community. You see, Ed's also heavily involved with the Hilliard Arts Council, also serving on their board, and he's an integral team member of the Hilliard Darby High School Theatre Department, serving as their Technical Director. Ed was born in Bucyrus, but he considers his hometown Bloomville. He later received his "Communications & Theatre Arts" degree from Heidelberg University and married his wife Kelley. They live in Old Hilliard and that's where they raised their three kids - Luke, Erin, and Clay - and their pet dog, Pepper. Ed's favorite activities outside Old Hilliardfest include gardening, auto repair, and home improvement.
