Thanks to everyone for your interest in pre-registering for OHF2019!
The response from vendors and new merchants about registering for OHF2019 has been overwhelming. We sincerely appreciate the continued support!
Since we’re still cleaning up after this year’s rain-out, we’re currently only accepting vendor applications from the OHF2018 vendors.
Normally we don’t post the next event’s application until the new year, but watch for an announcement on October 1, 2018 about registering for next year!

Let’s Start Planning for a Comeback!
Cancelling an event you’ve spent over a year planning does not come lightly, but we are excited about the overwhelming support we and our vendors, partners, and sponsors have received from the community, including many inquiries about already applying for next year’s festival.
At this time we are not accepting vendor applications for 2019, but please continue to monitor this website or our social media accounts for further information.
We sincerely appreciate everyone’s interest and planned participation in OHF2018 and we look forward to sharing a bigger and better event next year!

Let’s Help Promote One Another
We would again like to extend our appreciation to the vendors, partners, and sponsors who had planned to make Saturday another successful Old Hilliardfest. Unfortunately, the weather had a different agenda.
However, we’re trying to make the most of it, and find ways to help promote all those involved. As such, we’re creating this album on our Facebook page to utilize our social media reach to recognize our vendors and encourage the public to continue to support them!
As soon as we had made the public announcement cancelling the event, we conceived the Rainy Day Online Market idea and began posting vendor information.

OHF2018 Rainy Day Online Market
We are working on finding ways to make the most of the rain-out. As such, we’re working on utilizing our online reach to promote our vendors. So we’re building an album on our Facebook page to feature all the vendors who would have participated in today’s event.
